KUALA LUMPUR: Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd has teamed up with the Naza TTDI to undertake a residential project in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The project would be built on a one-acre site and it would be on a 30:70 profit sharing basis. The land cost is estimated to be RM12mil.
Officials of Syarikat Prasarana, which is a unit of the Ministry of Finance, and Naza TTDI had on Wednesday signed a joint-venture agreement for a condominium project.
Meanwhile, Syarikat Prasarana has also identified several properties including Ara Damansara, Dang Wangi, Taman Melawati, Putra Heights and Brickfields which would be developed.
It is evaluating tenders for redevelopment of Ara Damansara. The tender for Brickfields closes on July 21.
