KUALA LUMPUR: Bandar Raya Developments Bhd (BRDB) wholly-owned subsidiary, Raintree Forest Sdn Bhd, yesterday has agreed to jointly develop a 25.9ha freehold land owned by Garuda Mega Sdn Bhd in Cheras, Selangor.
Both parties are planning a residential development comprising bungalows, semi-detached houses and apartments with an estimated gross development value of RM600 million.
Phase one of the project is targeted to be launched in the second quarter of 2014, it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
